Your tasks serve one purpose above all: Saving the world of the Morties and the implementation of your own goals.

You will focus on your goals in the following areas:

- more movement and personal fitness
- regulary drinking
- controlling your meals
- more sleep and recovery
- more mindfulness and calm in everyday life

If you dont feel like take up your tasks, you can use the nuts you have earned to "buy" a delay - but that should only be an exception! ;)
